Standard and level

We work to make this website and service accessible. The site was reviewed and adapted with reference to Israeli Standard 5568 Part 1 (2023), based on WCAG 2.0 Level AA.

Adjustments made

  • Keyboard navigation, skip links, and visible focus.
  • Semantic regions and headings, accessible control names, and correct language direction.
  • Labeled forms with required-field indicators, linked text errors, and screen-reader status messages.
  • Pause and play controls for moving content and support for reduced-motion preferences.
  • Keyboard support for menus, accordions, dialogs, privacy settings, and media players.
  • Contrast, zoom, mobile, Hebrew, and English checks.

Known limitations

For visitors identified as being in Israel, YouTube videos may connect automatically unless external media has been disabled in Privacy settings. In every other region, a video connects only after its accessible Play control is pressed. The player interface can depend on YouTube and the browser. Essential instructions from local guide videos are also provided as full text next to each video; some videos do not contain embedded captions.

Service arrangements

There is no office, shop, or public reception desk. Service is provided remotely or, by appointment, near the customer’s vehicle in their home or building parking area. An accessible service arrangement can be coordinated in advance.

Accessibility contact

If you encounter a barrier or need an adjustment, contact the Driver Settings App team and include the page, the action you attempted, and the adjustment you need.
