These terms govern use of the Driver Settings App website, software, licence, installation guidance, support, and the DSA Purchase Reporter service. The services are operated by Vadim Brook (ודים ברוק), Israel. By using a service or completing a purchase, you agree to these terms.

1. Responsibility

  • The application is provided "as is" (AS IS) and no warranty is made regarding its suitability for any particular purpose, stability, or compatibility with the vehicle.
  • The functionality of the application depends on the vehicle's systems and their compatibility with the provided features.
  • To the extent permitted by applicable law, the operator is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential loss. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded.

2. Terms of Use

  • The application is licensed for personal use only and is not intended for commercial resale, redistribution, reverse engineering, or transfer without explicit permission from the operator.
  • The use of the application is conditioned on compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.

  • The operator may change or add features to the application when needed for compatibility, security, maintenance, or product improvement.
  • Changes or service interruptions may occur without prior notice to users.
