1. Information we collect

We may process basic website and device information, information you enter into a calculator, and details you provide for a purchase, licence, payment, or support request. Guide preferences may be stored in your browser. Payment providers handle full payment-card details; we do not store them.

2. How we use information

We use information to provide requested services, process purchases and licences, answer support requests, operate and secure the website, prevent misuse, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online service can guarantee complete security.

3. Service providers and advertising

Hosting, payment, calculator, messaging, support, advertising, and professional-service providers may process information only as needed for their services. Some providers may process information in other countries.

Meta Pixel may receive your IP address, device and browser details, pages viewed, and selected site actions for advertising measurement. In Israel and other non-strict regions it starts only after this notice is shown and you continue browsing, such as by scrolling or activating a link or button. That interaction-derived choice is saved for six months. In the EEA, UK, Switzerland, and other strict regions, Meta stays off until you explicitly allow it. You can withdraw either choice at any time through Privacy settings. Meta may process information outside Israel under its own privacy terms. Google Ads measurement is not currently enabled. For visitors identified as being in Israel, privacy-enhanced YouTube players may connect automatically unless external media has been disabled in Privacy settings. In all other regions, a video connects to YouTube only after you choose to play it or explicitly accept external media.

4. Retention and your rights

We keep information only as long as reasonably needed to provide the service, maintain security and records, resolve disputes, and comply with legal, tax, and accounting duties. Depending on applicable law, you may ask to access, correct, delete, restrict, or receive your information, or object to its use. You may withdraw consent where processing relies on it and may complain to your local data-protection authority. See our data-deletion instructions.
